Residential Landscape Design
​
AMD have designed schemes of all shapes and budgets. We have the same approach to all, with the same care on a garden with a £10k budget and the largest scheme we have worked on with a £250k budget.
We start with a visit to the property and discuss the aspirations of the owners. The next stage is to produce a design brief that covers all aspects of the design and requirements.
Then the project can begin when we produce a hand drawn sketch scheme, leading to a full presentation. This includes plant images, locations and any bespoke, hard landscaping design work.

Photorealistic CGI images are also offered as it helps to visualise the overall design and can be produced to show the scheme in its maturity.
Commercial Landscape Design

Combined with my most recent role, AMD have produced well over 100 landscape design schemes. These include high street supermarket chains, other retailers and car dealerships.
We offer initial concept and feasibility designs, as well as construction drawings and planting specifications.
AMD provide full master planning to bespoke large scale property schemes. We work hand in hand with Architects, Property Developers and House builders. This aids in planning approval and marketing literature.
