There are Landscape designs and then there are AMazing Landscape Designs – Initial sketch scheme.

Following on from our previous blog, the initial sketch scheme is complete and has been signed off by one very happy client. After seeing what could be achieved with the initial design, our client was blown away and had a real think about what they wanted to achieve with the plot as they had struggled to visualise the site after owning it for over 12 months.

Having thought long and hard, they came back with some new ideas and the revised scheme was completed and signed off immediately with a lovely comment from them:

“Hi Andrew,

We love it! Absolutely perfect, thank you!

Nothing further to say, really! :) More than happy to move to the next stage!

I know how much this means to them and how much of an impact it will have on their lives. It is very easy to be complacent as a designer, and not really think how much our work effects peoples live. On the face of it, I drew some lines and coloured them in, but the bigger picture is far wider and more physical.

The next stage is for the scheme to be handed over to our design team collaborators over at Holdgate Consulting Ltd and in particular

#kieranohara for them to work their engineering magic.

Look out for some lovely CGI’s once the levels, gradients and retaining walls have been agreed.
